I was in the mood for fries but I still wanted to be healthy. So i decided to bake them instead of frying. They turned out pretty good and tasted amazing. They are pretty easy to make as well.
Salt and spices of your choice
3 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
Wash and peel potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and put them in a large bowl.
Soak the potatoes in cold water for 30mins. You can soak overnight in the fridge as well.
Drain fries and blot them with paper towels. Add seasoning and oil to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Preheat oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Spray with cooking oil before adding the fries.
Bake for 30 mins and you can turn the fries halfway through the baking.
