Sadza, a Zimbabwean staple food, is one of my favorite meals ever. I always like to have it with some leafy greens. Here I make it with some mustard greens in beef.

For the relish:
- 1 Onion,
- Can of pureed tomatoes,
- Bundle of mustard greens or Kale
- Beef and a dash of spices of your choice
Boil your meat in a cup of water. In the meantime cut up your leafy greens. I always start making my Sadza when the meat is still boiling.
When the meat is tender and the water finished from the boiling fry it for a few minutes.
Add the onion and mustard greens.
Saute until cooked then add the tomatoes.
Simmer for five minutes and its time to feast!
